Fundraiser for Carol Powder & Chubby Cree

Local musician Carol Powder, who is the subject of the recently released children’s book ​‘The Heartbeat Drum’, lost her home in September, and has struggled since then to find reasonable accommodation for herself and her family. This has put financial strain on the family. Audreys is pleased to host Carol and the Chubby Cree hand drum performance group in an effort to raise funds to keep them sheltered while they continue the hunt for a new home. This event is not ticketed, but donations will be welcomed. Carol will have copies of The Heartbeat Drum on sale.
