Under the guidance of the Manager, Finance and Risk, the Finance Coordinator is responsible for supporting all day-to-day finance functions which include:

• Full cycle management of accounts payable including the review and verification of invoices, preparation of electronic fund transfers and cheque payments for management review.
• Full cycle management of accounts receivable including creation of invoices, review and verification of deposits.
• Processes employee payroll.
• Manages routine financial transactions and correspondence, maintains financial files and records as prescribed.
• Support annual finance processes including tax forms and audit.
• Manages projects with a finance and administrative management lens.
