The Arts Leadership Internship is a six-month fixed-term program designed to support emerging professionals in the arts and culture sector, focusing on skill development, career growth and a strong employment pipeline for participants interested in building a leadership career in the arts. The program includes job shadowing and training, mentorship by senior leaders, access to a network of professional colleagues across the country, and tangible experience working in all departments in a collaborative environment, including museum and gallery operations, finance and administration, fund development, communications, curatorial exhibitions, curatorial collections, and education.
